Our Story
When I was a 13-year-old girl helping my parents in their many restaurants in New York, little did I know that one day I would own one my myself. In December 1993, my parents—Edmondo and Clementina Ciminati—decided to move to Florida and open Ristorante Fabio. After many wonderful decades working by their sides, in January 2014, I took over the reigns.
I cannot express the gratitude I feel for the years of support you have given us. To our loyal guests, we consider you part of our family and to our new guests, we look forward to welcoming you into it.
Now, with the support of my husband—Paul—and our wonderful daughters—Jessica and Jaclyn—I am creating my own legacy: serving family recipes that have been passed down and crafting new ones along the way.
We hope you'll join us on this journey!
